We are a 501(c)3 tax exempt booster club dedicated to supporting all of the band programs at Saguaro High School in Scottsdale, Arizona

Upcoming Events

Spring Concert

When: Thursday, April 29th at 7:00 pm

Where: Saguaro HS Auditorium

What: Performances from Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, and the Jazz Band

Our concert begins at 7:00 PM. The auditorium will open at 6:30 for audience members. To follow district COVID protocols, we ask that families please make sure to be spaced around the auditorium and remained masked throughout the entire performance.

THURSDAY SCHEDULE

5:10 Doors to Band Room open for set up/warm up

5:30 Call time for all band students. Warm up/Sound check

6:30 Auditorium opens to audience

7:00 Concert begins

Band Boosters Raffle!

The Band Boosters are raffling off a Band Swag Basket at the concert. Tickets available at the door for $2 each or $3 for 5 tickets. The basket includes:

  • 8 x 10 Jazz Band Photograph signed by jazz band students

  • Jazz Band T-Shirt

  • Saguaro Band Face Mask

  • Three gift certificates for 1-hour woodwind lessons at Music Masters located at Scottsdale and Shea

Band Boosters Board Positions for 2021-2022

The band boosters are looking for volunteers to serve on our board for next year. We currently need to fill the following positions:

  1. Co-President

  2. Treasurer

  3. Fundraising Chairperson

Donate to the Sabercat Band Programs!

We are happy to accept donations to our programs via PayPal.  Please click on the button below to donate any amount to support our students. We appreciate your generosity!

One of the main functions of the Band Boosters is to conduct fundraising activities in such a manner satisfactory to the Saguaro High School Administration, to supplement purchases of instruments, music, accessories, and flags, and to defray expenses of travel and transportation of members for the Saguaro Band and their equipment, to finance awards, scholarships and similar forms of recognition and defray all reasonable Saguaro Band expenses for promotion, advancement of purposes, maintenance and otherwise.
